1 - CTRL + F = FIND


CTRL+F is used to "FIND" a particular keyword or text or data in a MS Word document. It is also used for the same purpose in MS Excel or in PDF files.





2 - CTRL + H = FIND AND REPLACE


  In the above example we used CTRL+F to find the word CITY in the entire document which is highlighted in Yellow. But if you want to replace the word CITY in the above example with a new word, for example BETTER, you can use the shortcut key CTRL+H and replace the word with BETTER.
